• 客服联系信息：当您通过电子邮件或社交媒体联系我们的客服时，我们可能会收集您提供的电子邮箱地址或社交媒体账号，以便为您提供技术支持与问题反馈服务。

二、权限说明

为提供完整的功能体验，我们的应用可能会申请以下设备权限：

1. INTERNET（网络访问）：用于访问在线资源及排行榜数据，同步分数、下载内容及应用更新。

2. 我们不会在后台持续或超出必要范围地使用上述权限。

三、个人信息的使用

1. 我们仅在本隐私政策所列明的范围内使用您的个人信息，用于：

• 提供、改进及优化应用体验；

• 展示排行榜及舞蹈成绩；

• 提供客户支持与问题解决服务。
  如需超出本政策范围使用您的信息，我们将通过弹窗或应用内通知征得您的重新同意。

四、共享和公开披露个人信息

1. 为实现特定功能，我们可能会在下列场景下，将您的个人信息共享给如下合作方。在共享您的个人信息前，我们会向您征得或确认第三方已征得您的单独同意。合作方包括：

• Pico Interactive Inc.：该公司可能通过 Pico 平台自动采集设备信息和使用数据，用于账户登录验证与平台功能支持。

• Unity Technologies（Unity Gaming Services）：该公司可能收集匿名使用数据、设备标识符及运行日志，用于游戏服务托管与统计分析

2. 我们的应用接入以下第三方 SDK，用于实现特定功能。相关 SDK 可能会收集必要信息以确保服务正常运行。

• Pico SDK：由 Pico Interactive Inc. 提供，用于平台登录与运行支持，自动采集设备信息与账户数据。

五、个人信息的存储

1. 我们依照法律法规，将在中华人民共和国境内及 Unity Gaming Services 位于新加坡及其他地区的服务器上存储在运营过程中产生的个人信息。
    

2. 除法律法规另有规定外，我们仅在为提供本服务所必需的期间内保留您的个人信息，并在达到目的后及时删除或匿名化处理。
    

六、您的权利

1. 您可以通过以下方式行使相关权利：

• 查阅、更正或删除您的个人信息；

• 撤回授权或申请删除账户；

• 获取我们对个人信息处理方式的说明。

1. Information We Collect

1. When you use our Service, we may collect the following types of information:

• Device and performance information: Includes device model, operating system version, device identifier, logs, and crash data, used to improve app performance and stability.

• Anonymous usage data: Includes gameplay progress, scores, and virtual avatar appearance, used for improving features and displaying leaderboards.

• Customer support information: When you contact us via email or social media, we may collect your email address or social media account to provide technical support and resolve issues.
   

2. We do not actively collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it or it is required by law.
 

3. In the following circumstances, we may collect and use your information without prior consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations:

• Where it is necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party;

• Where it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations;

• Where it is necessary to respond to public health emergencies or protect the life, health, and property of individuals in emergencies;

• Where your information has been made public by yourself or otherwise lawfully disclosed within a reasonable scope;

2. Permissions

To provide full functionality, our app may request the following device permissions:

• INTERNET: Used to access online resources, sync leaderboard data, and download updates.

We do not use these permissions continuously in the background or beyond what is necessary.

3. Use of Personal Information

1. We will only use your personal information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Providing, improving, and optimizing the Service experience;

• Displaying leaderboards and dance performance scores;
  Providing customer support and resolving issues.
   

2. If we need to use your personal information for purposes beyond those stated in this policy, we will notify you and obtain your renewed consent through in-app messages or pop-up notifications.
 

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

1. To enable certain features, we may share your personal information with the following partners. Before doing so, we will obtain your consent or confirm that the third party has obtained your consent.  Partners include:

• Pico Interactive Inc. – May automatically collect device information and usage data through the Pico platform for account authentication and platform services.

• Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services) – May collect anonymous usage data, device identifiers, and logs for cloud hosting and statistical analysis.
   

2. Our app integrates the following third-party SDKs to enable specific functions. These SDKs may collect necessary data to ensure proper operation.

• Pico SDK – Provided by Pico Interactive Inc., used for platform login and operation; automatically collects device and account data.

• Unity Gaming Services – Provided by Unity Technologies, used for cloud storage and analytics; automatically collects anonymous usage data and device identifiers.
   

3. We promise not to publicly disclose any personal information. If public disclosure is required by law or for specific reasons, we will inform you in advance of the purpose and scope, and obtain your explicit consent.
 

5. Storage of Personal Information

1. We store personal information generated during operations within the People’s Republic of China, and on Unity Gaming Services servers located in Singapore and other regions as determined by Unity.
    

2. Unless otherwise required by law, we will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
    

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information;

• Withdraw consent or request account deletion;
  Obtain an explanation regarding how your information is processed.

1. Protection of Minors: Our Service is not directed toward users under the age of 13. If we discover that personal information has been collected from minors, we will promptly delete it.

2. Policy Updates: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you within the app. This policy takes effect upon publication.
